Brenda Stevenson


BRENDA STEVENSON has a Master of Education degree (majoring in Education Administration) from Harvard University; a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Certificate of Native American Studies from the University of Massachusetts. She has a Religious Education diploma from Briercrest College and a Certificate of Accounting from Wascana Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies (SaskPolytec). Brenda has worked for First Nations communities for many years in band administration, economic development, governance and education, and is currently the Director of Operations at Ochapowace Nation. She has served on numerous boards and is currently a Trustee on the First Nations Trust since November 2009. She is a member of Carry the Kettle First Nation, lives on Cowessess with her husband Greg, and has three children and three grandsons.
